SMS terms and conditions for the Kraken Logistics text messaging program.
These terms apply to the Kraken Logistics text message (SMS/MMS) program. By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us and is a separate document.

Kraken Logistics is a licensed property broker (USDOT 4438132 · MC 1747212) that arranges vehicle transport and brokers wholesale trades between franchise dealerships. The text messaging program is used to communicate with dealership personnel and transport customers about:
We only text a number when its owner has given us permission to do so. Permission is given by submitting the form on our text message sign-up page, by ticking the optional consent box on a quote or shipment request, or by texting us first and asking us to reply by text.
Consent to receive text messages is never required to request a quote, book a shipment, trade a vehicle, or do any other business with us.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send one confirmation message and then no further texts to that number. You may also email admin@kraken-logistics.net or call 502-269-4707 and ask to be removed, and we will honor it the same way.

Message frequency varies and depends on what you have asked us for. Most recipients receive only a handful of messages a month; if you have an active shipment you may receive more while it is in transit. We do not send recurring scheduled broadcasts.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving them according to your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and on factors outside our control, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
The program requires a mobile phone able to send and receive text messages. Not all handsets or carriers support every feature, and we cannot guarantee that the program will work on every device.
We use your mobile number to send you the messages described above. We do not sell, rent or trade phone numbers, and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing. We share a number with our messaging service provider only so that they can deliver our messages on our instructions. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
If we change these terms we will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the revised terms.
